Had a great experience in buying a home with Shelley.  She is very knowledgeable about the area, and together with her online resources through Compass, the home search process was pretty easy.  Shelley also did a great job during the offer and closing process.  Her expertise in writing up offers allowed us to win out over others after just two times submitting offers to homes we liked (in this crazy market this seemed like a miracle).  Finally, Shelley is super proactive in communicating with the real estate agents of sellers.   This allowed for us to be informed throughout the offer and closing process and to ensure that the sale of the home was a win-win for all parties involved.

Shelley was truly amazing and I wouldn’t have made it through this process without her!  Navigating this crazy market with both buying and selling at the same time was incredibly stressful especially during the holidays and a career change to boot! But Shelley is a rock star and backed by an amazing team that was available all the time! She was extremely responsive to all of my questions, even when they were just me worrying about silly things, and while she was out of town! I couldn’t imagine how everything would have turned out without her guidance, expertise and calm demeanor. She was able to get everything we wanted including an expedited close on the home we were selling and 10k over asking, plus we were able to get an extended close on the home we were buying so we could write a competitive, non-contingent offer. My husband and I just recently closed on a condo with Shelley and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience.
